Thank you for using TGR. Please read these Terms of Use carefully as well as our Privacy Policy. You must agree to these documents to use our services.

Important Notice: TGR should not be used in an emergency. In case of emergency, call 9-1-1 immediately or contact your building’s emergency line.

Introduction

These Terms of Use govern your use of TGR’s services, operated by LeBonRegistre (hereinafter “TGR”, “we”, “us” or “our”) (the “Services”), as well as your access to our websites, including www.lebonregistre.com (the “Website”) and any other contact with TGR by email or other means of communication.

In these Terms:

  • “Property Manager” means any employee of the entity who has entered into a contract with TGR to use the Platform.
  • “Client” or “Tenant” means individuals accessing TGR through their relationship with a Property Manager.
  • “You” or “your” means either a Property Manager or a Client/Renter using the Services.

Your access to and use of our Services is subject to these Terms of Service. By continuing to use our Services, you agree to these terms. TGR reserves the right to change these Terms from time to time. If changes are made, at least 14 days notice will be provided if necessary. If you do not agree to any such changes, you must stop using the Services immediately.

Description of Services

TGR provides a communication platform facilitating interactions between Property Managers and their Clients. Our Services include:

For Property Managers:

      • Customer Communications Management Tools.
      • Document sharing and storage.
      • Tracking service requests and maintenance requests.
      • Digital delivery of notices and announcements.

For Customers/Tenants:

    • Communication channel with the Property Manager.
    • Access to important documents and notices.
    • Ability to submit and track service requests and maintenance requests.

The features available depend on your role and the package chosen by the Property Manager. No payments or financial transactions are processed directly through the TGR platform.

Use of the Services

You agree to use the Services in a manner that complies with applicable laws and does not infringe the rights of others. It is strictly forbidden to:

  • Attempt to access data or accounts that do not belong to you.
  • Use the Services for any harassment, threatening, or discriminatory purpose.
  • Transmit viruses or compromise the security of the platform.
  • Scrape or upload content en masse.
  • Share your login credentials with other users.

Any violation will result in the immediate suspension of your access to the Services, without notice.

Data Privacy and Security

TGR complies with Quebec’s Bill 25 respecting the protection of personal information and applicable Canadian laws. We apply rigorous security measures, including encryption and strict access controls.

By using our Services, you acknowledge that:

  1. Your data is stored in Canada in centers that comply with security standards.
  2. You have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal information.
  3. You can request the portability of your data.
  4. In the event of a data breach, we will notify affected users according to legal requirements.

Property managers must obtain the necessary consent before sharing their Clients’ information with TGR.

Availability and Reliability of the Services

We take all reasonable steps to ensure the availability of the Services. However, temporary interruptions may occur for maintenance or technical reasons. We will notify users of planned outages when possible.

Termination and Cancellation

For Property Managers: Access to TGR is governed by your service contract. The conditions for cancellation and data retention are specified in this agreement.

For Guests/Tenants: Your access is provided by your property manager. In the event of termination of your relationship with the manager, your access to certain features may be revoked.

TGR may suspend or terminate your access without notice if you fail to comply with these Terms.

Intellectual property

All intellectual property rights relating to the Services and the TGR Platform (patents, copyrights, trademarks, etc.) are the exclusive property of TGR or are under license. You may not reproduce, sell, or exploit any content without our express permission.

Applicable law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the laws of Canada applicable therein. Any dispute will be submitted to the courts of the district of Montreal.

Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability

TGR provides the Services on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranty or warranty, either express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.

In no event shall TGR’s liability exceed the total amount paid by the Property Manager in the year preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

General Provisions

  • Feedback: Any suggestion you submit to us may be used without compensation.
  • Technical processing: Your data may be transmitted over different networks and modified to comply with technical requirements.
  • Language: These Terms are written in French in accordance with the law of Quebec.
