2. Roles and responsibilities
LeBonRegistre provides a property management platform for property managers (our clients), who use it to manage their own users.
Our role: We are a service provider and act as a data processor. We guarantee the security of the Platform and compliance with this policy.
Role of our clients: Property managers are responsible for the processing of their end-users data and must obtain their consent before adding personal information.
Transparency: We encourage our customers to inform their end users about how their data is managed on our platform and to share this policy with them.
3. Information Sharing
We do not sell or rent your personal information. However, we may share certain data with:
- Service Providers: Vendors who help us provide our services, including Platform hosting, data analysis, payment processing, and technical support. These third parties are contractually obligated to protect your data and not to use it for any other purpose.
